She holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Sports Science and uses that to help others live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her specific areas of focus are weight management, muscular development and sculpting. I’ve been a client of hers for a few years and she’s gotten me in line (especially because I’ve been so inconsistent with it). She was patient and worked around my physical limitations (post surgery) to bring out the best in me. Taylor is also a professor at Piedmont Community College that teaches Fit & Well courses along with Aerobics.
